The “Muse” is a 302 affordable housing development (Workforce Sector), which includes residential units, live work units and retail space. The total cost of the project is $50 million. The project is a public/ private partnership between the Developer and the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority (“OCURA”) which is a land-owning entity of the City of Oklahoma City. This project builds on Oklahoma City’s commitment to create vibrant public spaces that promote innovation and meaningful social interaction combined with broad-based affordability in the central business district.
Sofola and Associates has been retained as owner’s representative and project manager for the Page Woodson redevelopment. Sofola’s responsibilities include over-sight of the design, value engineering, budgeting, and construction oversight.
