Provided full scope of project support between our client and airport operations, in delivering architectural, engineering, environmental and construction services. We provided logistical planning and coordination of the environmental assessment and mitigation, planning, construction, and move activities with airport management operations, Bristol management, tenants, sub-tenants, and internal service divisions such as information technology, food services, distribution, and corporate communications. GSA services included procurement, design oversight, constructability reviews, contract administration, budget and schedule management, construction, document management and closeout.
